Nishikant Nigam is a seasoned technology leader with three decades of experience across enterprise IT services, spanning applications and cloud infrastructure. An IIT Kanpur alumnus, he began his career at Infosys, where he helped build the global Application Management Services practice—one of the early scale plays in managed services. Over time, his responsibilities expanded to include integrated delivery across infrastructure and BFSI verticals, including a global delivery head role for Capital Markets with the Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) business. He later served as Global Delivery Head for the $1B CIS business, overseeing complex transformation programs and delivery operations across geographies—bridging application and infrastructure domains at scale.
Following this, he joined the executive leadership team at CSS Corp, a private equity–backed IT services firm under Partners Group. There, he played a pivotal executive role in enterprise transformation, operational rigor, and value creation—contributing to a successful strategic exit within four years.
Across his career, Nishikant has held senior executive roles focused on scaling global operations, delivering technology-led transformation, and building execution-focused leadership teams.
