Aloke Palsikar is a seasoned leader with over 38 years of experience across Engineering, IT, and Digital Transformation, with deep expertise in Leadership, Manufacturing, including Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial Products and Systems amongst other domains.
He has held multiple senior leadership roles, including as part of the Executive Management Team at Tata Technologies. Previously, he spent 17 years at Tech Mahindra in senior roles across India and Europe, managing large P&Ls and shaping multi-million-dollar global deals. Earlier, Aloke held senior positions at Siemens (1987-2000) and L&T Infotech (2000-2004), driving strategic initiatives and leading diverse teams in India and Europe.
Aloke is a postgraduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. He was nominated to the World Economic Forum’s Global Panel on Advanced Manufacturing (2013-14) and co-authored the report “Strategies for Next Generation Manufacturing.” He also served as a Member of the Council for Smart Manufacturing of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2017-18 and is a regular speaker at global conferences and industry events.
