Sudhir Nair is the Co-Founder, CEO & Managing Director of Codincity, where he leads the company’s mission to deliver practical, scalable digital solutions for enterprises worldwide. With a deep-rooted belief in execution excellence and customer success, Sudhir drives Codincity’s strategic direction to ensure measurable outcomes across every engagement.

Before founding Codincity, Sudhir held senior global leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and HCL, across the US, UK, and India. At Tech Mahindra, he led the Infra & Cloud business, scaling it into a $1 billion portfolio before being elevated to Chief Delivery Officer. In this role, he oversaw global operations across a $6.5 billion portfolio, driving large-scale digital transformation for Fortune 2000 clients.

At Codincity, Sudhir is leading the company’s evolution from a high-potential startup into a fast-scaling digital transformation partner. Under his leadership, Codincity is being positioned as a trusted enterprise partner, delivering excellence across complex, multi-country programs.

His focus areas include building foundational strength in AI, Cloud, and Data — enabling enterprises to navigate rapid technological change, adopt emerging technologies, and fuel sustainable growth.
