Key Requirements – Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the technology domain, with at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for data, analytics, or AI-enabled products.
- Hands-on experience in process analysis and redesign, using frameworks such as BPMN or similar process modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, reporting definitions, and training materials.
- Familiarity with data concepts such as KPIs, data quality, basic SQL or query tools, and BI dashboards to support requirement validation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate problem statements, solution approaches, and business value.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives with minimal supervision.
