Ram Nagaraja

Ram Nagaraja is a seasoned C-level technology strategist, entrepreneur, and digital innovation leader with over 25 years of experience across global enterprises and consulting. He has led transformative initiatives spanning Cloud, Data, AI, and Digital Engineering, scaling multiple practices beyond $100 million and delivering measurable business impact worldwide.

Before joining Codincity, Ram served as Global Head of Engineering at Altimetrik and Cloud CTO & Business Head – Cloud-Native Engineering at Tech Mahindra, where he built high-performance teams, incubated new practices, and led enterprise-wide modernization programs.

He has advised an extensive roster of Fortune 100 and 500 clients—including GSK, FIFA, Formula One, TRW, JPMorgan, Visa, GE, GM, Ford, BP, SWIFT, Amazon, and Kroger—across Cloud Modernization, Data & GenAI, Blockchain, GCC Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Product Innovation.

Ram brings deep expertise in GCC leadership, P&L ownership, and strategic advisory, having established global Centers of Excellence in Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, and IoT. He has delivered tangible business impact through automation-led optimization and architected real-time platforms and distributed systems that enable agility and scale for digital-native enterprises.

An alumnus of IISc Bangalore (M.E.) and COEP Pune (B.E.), Ram has also completed a Mini-MBA from IIM Bangalore and Leadership in AI from ISB (2025). With international experience across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and MENA, he continues to advise CXOs on scaling digital-native businesses and shaping next-generation technology strategies.
