Key Responsibilities
- Functional Leadership: Provide thought leadership and functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations.
- Solution Design: Design and configure Oracle Cloud solutions for procure-to-pay processes.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze procurement-related business requirements and map them effectively to Oracle Cloud functionalities.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules with other enterprise systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct business user sessions to gather requirements and deliver ongoing functional support.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as SME across Procurement, Payables, Payments, Sourcing, and Contracts modules.
- Configuration & Validation: Configure and validate Oracle Cloud modules to meet business needs and objectives.
- Gap Analysis: Identify functional gaps and propose practical, scalable solutions.
- Customizations: Design and implement necessary extensions or enhancements.
- Testing & Training: Develop test scenarios, documentation, and conduct user training sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, clients, and business users to ensure successful deployments.
- Project Management: Manage deliverables, timelines, documentation, and communicate project status effectively.
- Best Practices: Apply industry best practices to deliver robust, efficient, and sustainable Oracle Cloud solutions.
