Naresh Kumar

Naresh Kumar is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 16 years of experience in building high-performance technology teams across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms. As Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Codincity, he leads strategic recruitment excellence, with a strong focus on AI hiring, cloud talent sourcing, and building a future-ready workforce aligned to the company’s growth goals.

At Codincity, Naresh partners closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategy with business objectives. He drives data-driven sourcing initiatives that ensure the company attracts top talent across cloud, GenAI, and platform engineering.

Prior to Codincity, Naresh spent nearly a decade at Tech Mahindra, where he rose from Senior Executive to Manager – TAG (Cloud & Infra). He led end-to-end hiring for AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, and IBM cloud roles, and implemented sourcing models that improved efficiency and talent quality across key technology verticals.

Earlier positions at HCL Technologies and Allegis Group strengthened his expertise in stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and recruitment operations. Naresh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from The Oxford College of Engineering, VTU. He brings a collaborative leadership style and a sharp focus on scaling Codincity’s talent engine to meet enterprise delivery demands.
