Arvind Malhotra is a seasoned leader with decades of proven success in the IT services industry, with deep expertise in P&L management, large-scale business growth, and strategic client partnerships across diverse verticals and geographies.

He has held multiple senior leadership roles, including as Senior Vice President at Tech Mahindra, where he led the Manufacturing and Energy & Utilities verticals, growing revenues from USD 160M to USD 270M, and managed marquee clients such as GE, Chevron, and NextEra. He also spearheaded the company’s Private Equity practice in the US, working with leading PE firms and their portfolio companies. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Covansys, he scaled the State & Local Government business from USD 30M to USD 100M, building market-leading practices in DMV, Health & Human Services, and Unemployment Insurance. Arvind also held executive positions at Saber Corporation, ACS Solutions, and James Martin & Co., delivering measurable business outcomes for clients worldwide.

Arvind holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
